Easter
In April we celebrated our first Easter in the new house! We decorated eggs – both chicken eggs and quail eggs -- the Easter bunny hid them, and the kids found them the next day (we kept the cats in the laundry room for this part). For breakfast we had a special breakfast of scrambled eggs and prosciutto with flour tortilla, a nice lunch of tuna salad with avocado and quail eggs, then an Easter dinner of lamb meatballs on a bed of green herb couscous. For dessert we had little rabbit-shaped cakes and a scoop of ice cream. It was a fine celebration of spring!
